What happened to CCNP routing and Switching?

The CCNP Routing and Switching track was retired in February 2020 and replaced by the broader CCNP Enterprise certification. 

Cisco now uses a core exam plus one concentration exam, streamlining the process compared to the old three-exam model. 

What is the salary of CCNA routing and switching?
A CCNA-certified professional in the U.S. can expect an average annual salary between $75 k and $87 k, roughly $39.45 per hour. That works out to about $6,400–$7,200 monthly, depending on experience and location.  
How much does it cost to get CCNP routing and Switching certification?
